Seems like you're in the wrong section to me. By bottom mount, do you mean mount to the underside, which I'd imagine could be a problem in a height challenged car like these pricks of things.
Have some OMP steel and a few home-made adjustable alloy side mounts...all the Italian seats seem to share the same dimension in that regard, Velo...probably - if that's of any use. Might have some black steel bar that was originally intended to pick up on the original mounts too, which might have some use to you if you're running off the base - if I can find it.

Hey mate, have you managed to find some rails and fit the Velos??? I have a set and so far i'm using the stock rails with some home made adaptor plates but i want some new rails. How did you mount yours??

hey Arnie
yes i found some ,
there from NZ
price wasnt to bad
there web site is www.staparts.co.nz (http://www.staparts.co.nz) , you will find them there
but i had a mate of mine that lives in NZ pick them up for me and shipped them over.
for left and right adjustable seat rail they where $280 NZ dollars
quality is good
but i had to re-drill new holes to fit the Velo's
but they fit good now since thats done

lol you must be moving around heaps , you need a solid base with these bottom mount seats
i've drilled the holes centred on the rails and also added another 20mm tube to lift the seat up cause the Milano's have that indend where you sit and it touches the rail, but with all this it doesnt touch the door trims
also the Milano is a snug fit compared to the rest of there line up
