FS: Series 8 shell (with cage)

Hey guys selling our time attack project shell. The car is a series 8 shell that has been seam welding and caged the car also comes with fibreglass door and rear hatch the car is rolling with all factory fd arms and a factory fd diff. The car has also been cut out at the rear for full tank and big diffuser, car has not gone to far either way to make a good time attack or drag car. Im after $8000 but am open to negotiations it think it is reasonable as the cage cost 6k alone. This car is non registrable and for race use only.

What is the spec of the cage material and size, and who welded it. Has it been CAMS approved.

can you explain what direction you were heading with the rear suspension, after looking at the photos showing the cut out trunk and rear suspension towers just hanging their its got me thinking. I haven't looked at the time attack rules to see what is allowable but can't picture what your aiming at here either.

Direction for the car was outright time attack the cage was made and welded inhouse at Gt Auto Garage in brisbane, the material is mild steel no cams for the cage yet never got round to it. as for the rear no strength or structure has been removed only dead weight thin metal. The factory sub frame is still intact. The reason for the big cut out is for diffusers and under floor aero.
