I agree with Steve, for 40k you'd want to list every single mod done to the car down to any stainless bolts you've used.

Unfortunately with spending money on a car, the money outlayed doesn't equate to similar money returned on sale.

It's a nice FD none the less and sorry to hear you are selling it.
