Uploading New Pictures

I want to update my profile with some new pictures I took recently. For some reason the system is not allowing me to add any new pics.

How do you add new pictures to a profile?

Yep, I just tried doing the same and the upload failed despite the pic being less than 100 x 100 and under 64kb.

I'll launch The Stig at the problem.
