Hi guys,


It is with a heavy heart that I have to sell my car. Going through a divorce right now and hence all assets have to be sold and split. I really enjoyed my time here, although it was short, and learnt lots of useful information.


I have already placed the car on carsales and waiting for the ad to be approved. I will provide the link when it is available. Meanwhile these are the specs and some pics. My mobile is 0475422657. KMS at 62,173. Price ONO at $38,000.




I am the first owner in Australia. This car is not bought at a dealer but imported using a reliable importer.


Real Kms and not wound back.


All books (including log books and owners manual), export certificate


All service and tuning done by Ric Shaw with receipts to proof.


Completely stock. Only change was the exhaust which was done by the previous owner in Japan.


Batteries replaced on 25 Aug 2013 and comes with 3 years warranty from NRMA.
Never tracked. Only driven on the weekends.


No test drive unless deposit is given. My apologies. This is a very rare car and I bought it from an auction in Japan without a test drive.

I am really sorry to hear about your situation. Divorces are horrible.

Your car looks absolutely stunning. There isn't any way you can keep it? I know it is probably not your biggest concern at the moment, but I am sure a car that nice was hard to come by. To be honest I am always sad thinking about how I sold my RZ.

It sounds like you have made up your mind though, so best of luck with the sale and I hope things get better in the near future.

Car is sold. Thanks for all the well wishes. I will still visit this forum so please don't deactivate my account! Thanks to everyone as I have learnt a lot from this forum.

Clearly there is a market for clean FDs as Brendons car Sold in a very short space of time at a reasonable price considering its KM and state of mods :ausflag:

Also the fact that it was a sought after model being .....a Spirit R Type A in Titanium Helped ....:p

I managed to log in and found out that my account is not deleted! Divorce is all in the past and I find myself now looking to get a type A again...


Kicking myself for selling it in the first place but....


Anyways I am on the lookout for one clean example but might end up importing from Japan again.
