I was going through my storage container and went through some of my boxes of FD spares I had shipped over from NZ with my FD. I came across some HT12s that I have had for over 10 years that I forgot all about.
A little bit of History on these: I purchased an import S8 engine that must of come out of an Bathurst R, RS, RZ, Spirit R etc. I removed these and fitted a set of Japanese high flowed twins and put these away in box with my other spares. Even though it was so long ago, I don't recall there being any oil present in the Y pipe assembly. I never personally have used these so can only do the basic checks without these being disassembled. They don't have excessive shaft play and only have the allowable amount of play for oil clearance. There are the usual cracks on the exhaust housing as pictured, the cracks haven't gone into the gasket surface area though.
For those who don't know, these are the factory 280PS twin turbos that were fitted to the above mentioned models.
I'm looking at $450 plus postage.
