Sorry for the problems in getting to the new site, there were evidently issues with DNS not being updated correctly by some ISP's - unfortunately out of our control :(

All appears to be working OK now though, and the old server will be shut down shortly.

And the answer to the question is very very simple...

ALL USERS OF THIS FORUM are held to a basic set of rules.

Any users who continually breach those rules are given warnings by the moderation team. After those warnings are ignored multiple times, a user leaves little option for actions to be performed. The ultimate solution is to remove the user from a forum they obviously do not respect, or wish to be a contributing member of.

To date, I believe we have 2 users banned permanently from this forum. This is a fairly small percentage of the overall user base as it seems most members prefer to collaborate in making this site a better place overall.
