Selling my pride and joy

I bought the car completely stock standard
only mod's are:
Power FC with Contoller
Full Non-Sequential conversion (soleniod box removed, rats nest deleted, gates cut out and welded)
Banzai racing blanking plate kit used
3" front dump pipe
3" Cat back stainless Exhaust(jasma compliant)
Air box mod
Aftermaket head unit ( jap spec pioneer single din) has frequency convertor
After I bought the car it had boost control issues so i converted it to non-seq, since then i have only been running it on approximately 9psi (.68 indicated on PowerFC). The car starts first time everytime, the only slight issue i can think of is a minor exhaust leak from one of the exhaust flanges(which can be fixed with a new gasket) that is it other than that this car is perfect.
So why do i want to sell ?, Buying new 7 seater after having an early xmas present (beautiful little Girl)... and then buying a race car :)
