WTB: 17" slick tyres

hey guys,

I have got a couple race meetings coming up and im running pretty short on slicks for the front, not too keen on paying $550 a tyre so looking for some used ones =]

I was hoping maybe someone has some used ones lying round/knows of some/knows someone who knows of some used slicks that they no longer want/need,

happy to pay postage on east coast, I am in Sydney, but will be in Canberra pretty regularly too, so syd-canb or anywhere in between I can pic up no problem.

ideally 240 wide would be great, but in a pinch 220-250 would work too...

any info would be great!

yea I am after slicks, sold the semi's, need slicks =]


thanks Brad, I have about 14 280+ wide slicks sitting in the shed lol, use them on the rear, but need something for the front until I can find 17x10's for up there
