Default FS: Fast reacting IAT sensor for PFC, stock ecu, etc.

I have a few Fast reacting open element IAT sensors with pigtails for-sale. $43 shipped in the US and $5 more for international shipping.

These are designed to be a direct replacement for the stock air temp sensor. Same thread's as the stock sensor, same resistance range. It comes with a bosch pigtail that needs to be wired in place of the stock connector. It's 2 wires that can be wired either way. Installs under the UIM or can be relocated if desired.

It's most commonly used with the PFC, but also works with the stock ecu, and any other ecu or piggy back that can be used with the stock sensor. This includes second gen's running the PFC with the banzai adapter.

Sensor greatly decreases the time for the sensor to react to air temp changes. This allows for better hot start idle, more precise tuning, less safety margin, more power and better economy.

alright all PM's sent out my paypal is [email protected]

FearNoPiston posted a video on the other forum of him boosting with the new sensor installed, It's kinda blurry but you can get an idea of how fast the sensor reacts. The last number is IAT's. It starts at 36*c and drops to 30*c in 6 seconds and holds steady.

I can confirm this is a very good sensor. I used it whilst running in and tuning and it worked very well.

No, the sensor still reads the same air temps as the old sensor. It just reads them much faster. Some people chose to retune just to reduce some of the safety net that's required using the stock sensor. Others are running them on the stock ECU which has no way of tuning. I've had several people report better hot start and hot idle quality even running just the stock ecu.

Yeah I can combine the shipping and take off $2.50 each. If you want to send 2 separate payments make sure to let me know which address to ship to and which 2 sensors are going together. Sometimes it gets confusing when several payments come in at once. Alternatively you can just combine the payments into 1 paypal, and work out splitting the costs between the 2 of you.

haha really? I still have to send the sensor when paid with western union? I thought that was the whole advantage of it?? lol JK... My name is Brent Vogl and my address is 8814 HWY 36N Brenham, TX 77833 (my address right? not the western union?)

I cash it at any western union?
