In answer to your question, if you clicked the link in the original post, the page it takes you to has a lot of links that actually redirect you to 'Sa Rotors'. This is the actual link... http://www.sarotors.org/forum/manual...AINTENANCE.pdf, and yes, it's doesn't work.
Not sure if it's not working because you need to be SA Rotor registered, or the link is dead. I've signed up to SA Rotors and if/when I get approved, I'll check it out.
